Pallab Jyoti Hazarika is a dedicated community development professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Dibrugarh University. With a strong foundation in grassroots engagement and leadership, Pallab has gained extensive field experience through internships and volunteer roles with organizations such as SEWA, NAPM, Childline, and NYKS, where he contributed to initiatives focused on child welfare, women's empowerment, youth development, and democratic awareness.

Pallab’s commitment to social impact is matched by his leadership journey, having served as the President of Dibrugarh University’s Student Union (2018–2020) and as a National Youth Volunteer under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs. His adaptability and resilience have been honed through active involvement in national-level youth programs, including the International Youth Delegate Programme to China, the National Youth Festival, and the Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme.

Known for his strong work ethic, relationship-building skills, and a positive approach to challenges, Pallab continues to channel his passion for social upliftment through research, communication, and tech-friendly solutions to community issues.
